![]() ![]() This isn't an IV-specific thing, it's recommended for almost all heavily modded games, as they can cause problems, like with Fallout & GTA SA You're supposed to have an anti-virus exclusion and install your games outside of system folders. I suspect people will say it's not "correct" because they've run into issues, but I guarantee it's their own fault for not reading properly. ![]() You asked for a one-click installer that "correctly" downgrades a completely fresh copy, and here it is. I see no reason why this is always a debate as well, there's no need to make it work on some new patch that makes you require dumb shit like RGL installed (and an internet connection), the current downgrader isn't to just mod the game, it's for the most optimal playing experience, whether you're gonna mod or not, it's the most up-kept versions. If you want to prove yourself for the optimization, compare stabilization, performance, & visuals on a 1070/ 1080 copy (with ZolikaPatch) to 12043. ZolikaPatch has many protections, fixes, and optimizations to the game itself, just check the INI. ![]() As Clonk said, ZolikaPatch crashes with or without this process killer, and yeah it's probably due to these specific addresses you're talking about, it's why FusionFix, ColAccel, pretty much any of the ASI mods out there require new versions for 12043Īlso, you keep speaking as if FusionFix has all of what ZolikaPatch has, and more when it's almost the opposite. ![]()
